Paula
In 2006, Paula learned Reiki and started practicing it on herself with great results. Coupled with a daily meditation practice of twenty years, the healing power of Reiki in her life culminated in a sincere desire to be of service to others who - simply put - would like to be and feel healthier physically, emotionally and spiritually. She is grateful to be offering her services as a Master Usui Reiki practitioner in Santa Fe.

About Reiki
Reiki is an energy healing technique which originated in Japan over 100 years ago. Reiki is based on the belief that there is a divine wisdom ("Rei") behind all life and that there is a universal life force energy ("ki"), running through all life.
Reiki practitioners are trained to be conduits for this life energy. Reiki's simple healing methods direct the universal life energy to flow from the practitioner's hands into the energy field and body of the client.
Reiki energy flows to the area most in need and out of balance. Holisitic in nature, Reiki often provides a sense of well being and rejuvenation not only on the physical level, but in mental/emotional and spiritual dimensions as well. Please feel free to read more on Our FAQ page
